Estonian VAT rate is now 24%

From 1 July 2025, the standard rate of VAT in Estonia is 24% instead of 22%.

New tax rates were introduced with the same law which implemented the Security tax. So it might be somehow connected to the intention to raise defence expenses till 5% GDP in NATO countries.
